Site Supervisor

• On-Site Leadership & Supervision: Provide direct, daily supervision of all site activities and workforce, including company staff and subcontracted trades (carpentry, masonry, painting, MEP, etc.).
• Daily Planning & Execution: Implement the project plan on a daily basis. Assign tasks to foremen and teams, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Quality Control: Conduct continuous inspections of all work in progress to ensure it meets the company's quality standards and complies with the approved drawings and specifications. Identify and rectify defects immediately.
• Schedule Adherence: Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain and update the project micro-schedule. Take proactive measures to avoid delays and accelerate progress when needed.
• Material & Logistics Management: Monitor material deliveries to ensure they are correct, on time, and properly stored. Manage site logistics, material handling, and waste disposal efficiently.
• Client & Consultant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client's representative and consultants on site for day-to-day matters. Facilitate site visits and inspections.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed daily site reports, including manpower counts, work completed, materials received, and any incidents. Report progress and critical issues directly to the Project Manager.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce strict adherence to all company and UAE health and safety policies. Conduct daily toolbox talks, ensure a tidy and hazard-free site, and that all personnel wear appropriate PPE.
