Site Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all site operations related to concrete production, batching, and delivery to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee safety protocols, organize toolbox talks, enforce PPE usage, and conduct routine safety inspections.
• Manage workforce scheduling, assign tasks, and coordinate between site staff, drivers, and plant personnel.
• Ensure concrete production and delivery meet project specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain plant and equipment by planning preventive maintenance with relevant teams.
• Monitor inventory and support the store person to maintain adequate stocks for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management and clients.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of RMC production, concrete materials, and plant equipment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in work scheduling and project management software.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills.

Typical Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field is preferred.
• 1–5 years’ supervisory experience in an RMC plant or similar construction setting.
• Safety certifications (CPR/first aid) and knowledge of construction codes are advantages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
