Site Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with min 2-3 years experience to oversee fitout projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitout site management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
• Assist in budgeting and construction estimating processes to ensure financial efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and subcontractors on best practices in construction management.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
