Site Supervisor

*Experience:* Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or related field

*Accommodation:* Company-provided accommodation for outstation candidates

*Salary:* ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Supervise construction activities at site

- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders

- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns

- Maintain site safety and adhere to company policies

*Requirements:*

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in site supervision

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
