Construction Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and bids to clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing, project, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or BBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction projects, costing, and project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of sales executives.

Pay: ₹20,958.95 - ₹87,132.75 per month
