Site Supervisor

Position : Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer (Entry-Level)
Location : Ram Nagar
Experience : 1–2 years
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Salary Range : ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 + Petrol Allowances + Incentives

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project activities are executed as per plan, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on site management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to meet work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Monitor workforce performance and allocate tasks to team members.
• Maintain site reports, attendance, material consumption, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges or delays proactively.
• Inspect work to ensure proper workmanship and adherence to approved plans/drawings.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including photographs and daily logs.
• Act as a point of contact between the client, management, and on-ground staff.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Reporting).

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Fresher - 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, waterproofing, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of waterproofing and coating applications will be an added advantage.
