Site Supervisor

About Us:
Walrus Maintenance Services is a leading [provider of MEP and Civil Work services] company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with precision and professionalism. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer/Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand site requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per site requirements.
• Handle and manage manpower on site efficiently.
• Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure timely progress.
• Update project manager and clients regularly on work status and any site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI in Mechanical/Electrical OR Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in site management/construction projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of site operations and project execution.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare and manage BOQ.
• Effective manpower management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Salary: [Starting from ₹2,00,000/Annum + incentives + Allowances]
