Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities at the parking facility, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and excellent customer service. This role involves supervising parking attendants, managing traffic flow, and maintaining the facility in accordance with company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in parking management, facilities supervision, or operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of parking systems, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and parking management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of parking attendants and support staff.
• Monitor parking occupancy, vehicle flow, and ensure proper space allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of parking areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of parking revenue and assist with daily reporting.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing operational improvements.
• Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of parking equipment (barriers, ticketing machines, CCTV, etc.).
• Provide on-site training and guidance to staff as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
