Site Supervisor

We are a growing interior and fit-out company based in Dubai, looking for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage fit-out projects across various locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of site supervision experience in Dubai, with a good understanding of local materials, regulations, and authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2–3 years of experience in Dubai in interior and fit-out site supervision (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and finishing works
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fitout Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
