Site Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with proven experience in the construction field to oversee daily on-site operations. This role involves managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials to meet project schedules
• Enforce and promote workplace health and safety practices
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards
• Track project progress and report updates to management
• Address on-site issues, delays, or changes proactively
• Maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and building regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in site supervision or related construction roles
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
