Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Industry

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out works from start to hand-over. The right candidate can control quality, time, and cost while coordinating civil and MEP activities and dealing confidently with authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all fit-out site works and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and authority regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and follow up on project completion.
• Coordinate with supervisors, procurement, consultants, and clients.
• Handle authority inspections (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Review and interpret construction drawings and manage MEP coordination.
• Solve technical issues and ensure smooth on-site execution.
• Use AutoCAD and other tools to interpret and adjust drawings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong background in Civil and MEP engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and inspection processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or MEP Engineering
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
