Site Supervisor

About The Role

Sinyar Hospitality is seeking a highly organized Site Supervisor with proven experience in ultra-luxury properties . The ideal candidate excels in high-volume environments and ensures flawless delivery of exceptional service for large-scale gatherings and exclusive events . This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and expertise in coordinating third-party service providers (TPSPs) to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and walkthroughs within assigned premises; complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate event requirements, client requests, and day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor client assets, including storage, status, movement, inventory control, and catalog maintenance.
• Ensure Scope of Work (SOW) for each Third-Party Service Provider (TPSP) is implemented and monitored according to client requirements.
• Oversee and inspect TPSP services across multiple departments, including:
• Food & Beverage (F&B)
• Housekeeping
• Transport
• Stores/Procurement
• Security
• Laundry
• Soft FM / Landscaping
• Hard FM (Civil, MEP, IT)
• Prepare snagging lists for pre-opening, pre-events, post-events, and other operational needs.
• Report, track, and monitor repair and maintenance work.
• Supervise and assess TPSP staff performance using KPI/SLA metrics.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Division Heads/Project Managers; conduct training for TPSPs as required.
• Complete handover/takeover procedures during shift changes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Respond promptly to client requests and provide timely reports to Sinyar Hospitality top management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications
