About The Role
Sinyar Hospitality is seeking a highly organized
Site Supervisor
with proven experience in
ultra-luxury properties
. The ideal candidate excels in
high-volume environments
and ensures flawless delivery of
exceptional service for large-scale gatherings and exclusive events
. This role requires
attention to detail, strong leadership, and expertise in coordinating third-party service providers (TPSPs)
to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections and walkthroughs within assigned premises; complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinate event requirements, client requests, and day-to-day site operations.

Monitor client assets, including storage, status, movement, inventory control, and catalog maintenance.

Ensure Scope of Work (SOW) for each Third-Party Service Provider (TPSP) is implemented and monitored according to client requirements.

Oversee and inspect TPSP services across multiple departments, including:

Food & Beverage (F&B)
-
Housekeeping
-
Transport
-
Stores/Procurement
-
Security
-
Laundry
-
Soft FM / Landscaping
-
Hard FM (Civil, MEP, IT)
-
Prepare snagging lists for pre-opening, pre-events, post-events, and other operational needs.

Report, track, and monitor repair and maintenance work.

Supervise and assess TPSP staff performance using KPI/SLA metrics.

Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Division Heads/Project Managers; conduct training for TPSPs as required.

Complete handover/takeover procedures during shift changes to ensure smooth transitions.

Respond promptly to client requests and provide timely reports to Sinyar Hospitality top management.

Perform additional duties as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications
