Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and site staff.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and BOQs.
• Schedule and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Material & Resource Management

• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Raise material requests based on project requirements.
• Prevent wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

Experience

• 5–6 years of field experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
