Role Summary

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and with good quality. You will handle manpower, materials, site coordination, and quality checks to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management

• Supervise daily activities at the site
• Ensure work is carried out according to the schedule and plan
• Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors
• Maintain proper workflow and site discipline

2. Quality Control

• Check site works as per drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work
• Report any deviations and ensure timely correction

3. Material Management

• Monitor material requirements and request materials on time
• Supervise delivery, storage, and usage of materials
• Reduce wastage and maintain proper inventory

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all workers follow safety guidelines
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce PPE usage
• Identify and prevent potential hazards at the site

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare and update daily progress reports and manpower reports
• Arrange inspections and follow up on site issues

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of construction
• Excellent manpower handling and leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualification

• Any degree
• Relevant experience in site supervision
