Hiring: Site Supervisor

HRI Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor involved in Civil Works for our client, a leading construction company based in Karachi. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and construction site management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction site activities.

Ensure project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site workers. Understand and be able to execute the layouts and drawings, and be involved in the complete process of constructing the houses or buildings from initiation till completion

Report project progress to management. Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in construction site supervision.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills (Urdu and English).

Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

Benefits: Salary range 75k to 95k.
