Supervisor (Road & Civil)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Position: Site Supervisor – Road & Civil
Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily road and civil construction activities at the project site in Vadodara.
• Monitor manpower, material consumption, and progress as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure quality control of road works, concrete works, and finishing activities.
• Check site levels, measurements, and verify work as per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain daily reports, attendance, and progress records.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper site discipline.
• Assist in planning, resource management, and problem-solving on site.
• Report issues, delays, and daily progress to management.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of road construction and civil site execution.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, BOQ, and measurement sheets.
• Strong labour management and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and safety rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
