Job Description: Site Supervisor (1-3 years of experience)

About Us: We are a service provider in the solar energy sector, specializing in solar rooftop and ground-mounted installations as well as full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) solutions. The company operates as a partner of major solar technology providers (e.g., Tata Power Solar) and delivers tailored solar energy solutions including on-grid and off-grid systems, solar products, and operations & maintenance services.

Role Overview: As a Solar Panel Installation Site Supervisor at Our company, you will lead and coordinate all on-site activities for solar PV system installations. You’ll ensure each project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with company quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily solar panel installation activities on site
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, technical standards, and safety norms
• Coordinate installation teams, electricians, and subcontractors
• Enforce site safety rules, PPE usage, and conduct toolbox talks
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Inspect installation quality of panels, structures, inverters, and wiring
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment effectively
• Maintain daily site reports, safety logs, and progress documentation
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and utility authorities during site visits
• Identify site issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in solar PV installation or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical installation standards, and safety practices.
• Experience with both rooftop and ground-mounted systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
