Job Description:
The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role includes supervising workers, coordinating materials, monitoring safety, and reporting progress to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and labour activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, safety, and site discipline
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track work progress and report updates
• Resolve on-site issues and delays

Skills Required:

• Site management and supervision
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings
• Team coordination and communication
• Time management and problem-solving.
