Site Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from inception through completion. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can oversee daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving project success. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery
• Monitor construction progress using project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to track milestones and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify work accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Manage site documentation including contracts, change orders, daily logs, incident reports, and quality control records
• Supervise construction teams by providing clear guidance, supervising tasks, and fostering a safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
• Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and construction estimating processes
• Hands-on experience with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is highly desirable
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to read schematics and use tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary
• Strong management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between stakeholders and ensure project clarity
