Job Overview:

Daftar Decor is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site activities for our corporate interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and are completed on time within budget. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with the design team, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site activities, including construction, installations, and finishing work.
• Ensure work is performed as per project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and address any concerns or challenges.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work aligns with design specifications and client expectations.
• Manage on-site materials and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, tools, and equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction projects.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in construction.
• Familiarity with interior design materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Availability to travel to various project sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
