Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor

Experience Required

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in KAHRAMAA projects)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate effectively with workers & subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor productivity and workmanship
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available as per site requirements
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Maintain proper discipline, safety practices, and work quality at site
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer / Project Manager for work planning and progress updates
• Assist in resolving site issues, delays, and coordination challenges
• Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, and progress updates
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company safety procedures at all times
• Support inspections, site clearance, and handover activities as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma (any discipline) or equivalent school education
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively
• Basic understanding of drawings, site procedures, and safety requirements
• Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple responsibilities
