Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage site activities for upcoming industrial and oil & gas sector projects. The ideal candidate should have experience supervising industrial maintenance or construction works and ensuring that all site operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure smooth execution of industrial maintenance or construction work according to project plans.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to site engineers and project management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems, gas monitoring procedures, and confined space entry protocols.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity of the site workforce.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure all activities comply with industrial safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects.
• Experience supervising industrial maintenance or construction activities.
• Good understanding of HSE practices, PTW systems, gas monitoring, and confined space entry procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience working in refinery or oil & gas facilities will be an added advantage.
