Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of grey structure works, concrete works, block work, and bar bending activities, along with hands-on experience in managing daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor grey structure construction activities.
• Oversee concrete works including casting, curing, and quality control.
• Supervise block work ensuring proper alignment and finishing standards.
• Monitor and manage bar bending works according to structural drawings and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site staff efficiently.
• Coordinate material requirements and control wastage.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of grey structure, concrete, block work, and bar bending works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Understanding of BBS and reinforcement detailing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Qualification in Civil Engineering preferred.
