Building Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities for housing projects and high-rise residential, commercial, and public buildings. The ideal candidate must have strong site supervision skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

• DAE (Civil), B.Tech (Civil), or BS Civil Engineering
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision
• Proven experience in Housing project, High-rise residential building, Commercial buildings, Public buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor labor productivity and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Check and verify material usage and site inventory
• Report project progress to management
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintain site discipline and ensure timely completion of work
