Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor (Residential Interiors) with 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing interior site projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with labor and vendors, and ensuring high-quality execution in accordance with approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site residential interior work, including false ceilings, flooring, painting, woodwork, partitions, and other finishing tasks
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications
• Maintain daily site progress reports and proper documentation
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure superior finishing standards
• Manage site materials, inventory, and timely procurement
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines
• Communicate with clients on-site and address any execution-related concerns
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain discipline at the project site

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in residential interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of resolving on-site challenges efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-end or luxury residential interior projects
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation
• Ability to oversee multiple project sites simultaneously
