Project Engineer Civil

A manager who has ability to supervise and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across multiple geographies, while working on other projects that are in the predevelopment stage.

• Explain technical product or service information to customers.
• Coordinate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.
• Coordinate the procurement for project related other necessary equipment, ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Lead the project team, including engineers, construction workers, and subcontractors, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct financial forecasting and budget management, including tracking project expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Facilitate risk management processes to identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project resilience.
• Develop and implement a project close-out plan, including the completion of all project documentation, final project evaluation, and lessons learned analysis.
• Execution of the work in conformity with the Construction Manager's directives and as per drawings / specifications of the Project. Supervision of contractor works to ensure timely & cost-effective completion of the Project.

Main Responsibilities under the direct supervision of PM/CM:

• Supervise and monitor the building/ infrastructure construction sites.
• Ensure quality assurance of on-going Civil/Finishes work on construction sites in accordance with their respective approved designs and specifications.
• Interpret drawings related to Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Exterior elevations, and their execution.
• Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as Contractors.
• Set and supervise weekly targets.
• Develop and share site inspection report regularly.
• Ensure testing as per the project requirements.
• HSE compliance and educate site workers on construction safety regulations and incident protocol, inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Determine the clashes between all drawings and call for decisions.
• Maintain Tracking Sheets and make daily/weekly/monthly progress report.
• Maintain photos of the project sites at every stage of the project on regular basis.
• Ensure housekeeping on site
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Solar Projects: 3 years (Preferred)
