Job Overview

Fincera / NUOMI is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities for kitchen and wardrobe measurements,point marking & installation projects. The candidate will ensure proper execution of work, maintain quality standards, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

Conduct on-site measurements for kitchen and wardrobe installations with accuracy

Perform point marking for electrical, plumbing, and fixture placements as per design drawings.

Supervise daily site activities related to kitchen and wardrobe installations.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Manage installers, carpenters, and technicians at the site.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.

Quality Control

Ensure installation quality meets company standards and client expectations.

Inspect materials and ensure correct usage at the site.

Identify installation issues and ensure corrective actions.

Coordination

Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams regarding site measurements and changes.

Communicate with clients regarding installation schedules and updates.

Resolve minor site issues to avoid project delays.

Reporting

Provide daily site progress reports to management.

Send GPS map camera pictures on arrival and departure from the site.

Maintain records of site activities, labor attendance, and materials.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Maintain site cleanliness and safe working conditions.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Interior/Architecture or Relevant Field preferred.

2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior fit-out, kitchens, wardrobes.

Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.

Strong coordination and communication skills.
