Site Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor for high-rise building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of work, and maintaining quality, safety, and progress as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at site as per drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress of structural, masonry, finishing, and MEP-related activities.
• Maintain proper manpower distribution and site discipline.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and machinery.
• Report daily progress, site issues, and requirements to senior management.
• Assist in setting out, checking levels, and basic site measurements.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support inspections and coordination with consultants and clients.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in high-rise building construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution practices.
• Experience in structural and finishing works for building projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage labor and subcontractors effectively.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
