Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) with 4–5 years of experience in commercial building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work quality, and maintaining safety standards at the construction site.

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and workers.
• Ensure that projects are executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers for smooth site execution.
• Monitor material usage, availability, and report shortages to the project manager.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and submit to management.
• Assist in quality checking of construction materials and completed work.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work within schedule and budget.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labor and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
