Site Supervisor (Civil)

• Oversee site preparation activities such as leveling, clearing, and fencing.
• Ensure that the site is free of obstacles and ready for construction.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of essential utilities, including drainage, water supply, sewage systems, and electricity conduits.
• Inspect and monitor the progress of utility-related work to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure that drainage systems are installed and functioning correctly to prevent waterlogging or flooding.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure proper drainage flow and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
• Monitor the setup of water supply lines to the site.
• Coordinate with plumbing teams to ensure that water supply systems are operational and meet project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor usage to avoid wastage.
• Regularly inspect the quality of work being carried out by subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure that all site preparation activities adhere to health and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and any issues that arise during site preparation.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure that all pre-construction site activities align with the overall project plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
