Job Description: Site Supervisor

Location:

• Jagadhri, Haryana

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Note: Only male candidates will be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
• Monitor progress and maintain daily site reports.
• Check basic quality parameters such as alignment, levels, and material usage.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow guidelines.
• Report any issues, delays, or requirements to senior staff.
• Assist in managing labor, tools, and materials on site.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of construction activities (civil works).
• Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage labor effectively.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.

Qualification

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in construction supervision.

Pay: ₹11,863.08 - ₹21,486.50 per month
