Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the workforce, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise site staff and manage subcontractors.

Ensure work complies with safety regulations and project specifications.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Communicate project updates to the client and senior management.

Resolve on-site issues and manage project schedules.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role [ 0 - 1 year experience ].

Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
