Site Supervisor (Civil)

The Civil Site supervisor shall perform following duties

• Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide construction workers and subcontractors; handle scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution.
• Quality Control: Inspect work quality, verify adherence to standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, conduct hazard inspections, ensure PPE use, and manage accident procedures.
• Resource Management: Oversee allocation of labor, materials, and equipment, and manage material orders and deliveries.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, attendance records, and cost control documentation.
• Communication: Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and clients to update on progress and resolve issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
