Site Supervisor – Civil

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our team for a major civil construction project located in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong experience in supervising site labor and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of civil, structural, and general construction works
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Site Engineers for smooth execution of works

2. Quality & Safety Control

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Monitor workmanship and report non-conformance issues
• Enforce safety procedures and site regulations
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE

3. Progress & Reporting

• Monitor daily progress and report updates to Site Engineer/Construction Manager
• Identify delays or site issues and propose solutions
• Maintain daily site records and activity logs

4. Coordination

• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment
• Support inspections with consultants and client representatives
