Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Project Site (Full-time, site-based role)
Reports to: Project Manager / Site Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with a strong background in execution and ground works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring quality execution of work, managing labor, and reporting progress to management. The individual must be site-based and capable of handling day-to-day supervision independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site activities related to ground works, foundations, concreting, and structural execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and workers for smooth workflow.
• Check material quality and quantity delivered on site.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate technical matters to engineers/project manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work targets.
• Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (DAE preferred if execution experience is strong).
• 3–6 years of experience in execution and ground works (infrastructure, foundations, RCC, or related works).
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, labor management, and construction methods.
• Ability to read drawings and supervise according to specifications.
• Must be willing to stay full-time on project site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with earthwork, foundations, concreting, and rebar works.
• Familiar with site safety standards and quality control.
• Leadership qualities to manage workers effectively
