Job Specifications:

• Educational Background: DAE in Mechanical Engineering
• Age: 30-35 years
• Gender: Male
• Professional Experience: 5+ years

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/VRF, fire-fighting, elevators, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely project delivery.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

Job Description:

• Supervise, monitor, and control daily activities on site.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC/VRF systems, fire-fighting systems, elevators, and ventilation systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Civil teams for smooth execution.
• Inspect and verify the quality of work, identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor safety compliance of workers and enforce site safety regulations.
• Assist in material requisition, verification, and inspection of delivered items.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation of systems.
