Site Supervisor – Fit-Out and Complex Construction

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations for interior fit-out and complex construction projects. The role ensures that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating effectively with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and project managers.

Responsible for supervising daily site activities for fit-out and complex construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site fit-out and construction works as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks
• Enforce HSE standards and safe working practices
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers
• Monitor progress, manpower, and materials usage
• Resolve site issues and report progress to management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 3–5+ years experience in fit-out or construction supervision
• Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works
• Ability to read drawings and manage site teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
