About the Role:
We are a subcontracting company based in Dubai looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to manage multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site operations, supervising workers with respect, managing materials, and ensuring smooth communication between site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities and labor teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to the project plan and timeline.
• Report daily progress and any incidents to the site engineer.
• Monitor and request required materials in coordination with the engineers and office assistant.
• Maintain site safety, discipline, and work quality at all times.
• Support in ensuring all works are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with the team effectively.
• Good understanding of construction materials and site procedures.
• Languages Required: Arabic, English, and Hindi/Urdu (spoken and basic written).

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,500 (all-inclusive) during the probation period (2 months).
• Salary will be negotiable after successful completion of probation.
