Job Description: Site Supervisor / Foreman at Kisheds Qatar

Kisheds Qatar is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee our construction projects. This role is essential for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and site protocols.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and report on construction schedules to management.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and used efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from 45 to 90 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
