About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor – Interior to oversee the execution of our interior and civil projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with the Project Head, contractors, and site workers to resolve any issues and maintain progress.
• Enforce quality and safety standards across all site activities.
• Maintain daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower, and material usage.
• Inspect work progress regularly and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Support project managers in planning material requirements and tracking site-level deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within the civil or interior works domain.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure on-site discipline and efficiency.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
