We are looking for a skilled Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor with proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects. The role requires hands-on site supervision to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in interior fit-outs across commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project schedules, track progress, and manage resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and workmanship issues promptly.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, document site activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage material deliveries, storage, and proper handling of interior finishes.
- Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure productivity and quality.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure final finishes meet client and consultant expectations and rectify defects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in interior fit-out projects is required
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and construction methods specific to interior fit-outs.
- Proven experience in managing interior projects in commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus
