Site Supervisor (Interior / Fit Out)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising fit-out projects and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and according to the design specifications. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the fit-out or construction industry (minimum 3-5 years).

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including carpentry, flooring, ceiling systems, partitioning, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and make quick decisions on-site.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Can speak Hindi but Fluent in English. Arabic speaker is advantage.

Can start immediately if not how many months notice period.

with UAE Driving License (Preferred)
