Job Summary
The Corporate Interiors Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects at corporate/commercial sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities daily.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction drawings, specifications, sequences, and schedules.
- Monitor subcontractors and trades (carpenters, painters, MEP installers, etc.).
- Ensure materials and manpower are available as per work requirements.
Quality Control
- Enforce quality standards per design and company specifications.
- Conduct daily inspections and quality checks.
- Report non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory & corporate safety guidelines.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as point of contact between site team, project management, clients, and consultants.
- Provide daily progress reports and highlight issues proactively.
- Update schedules and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Documentation
- Maintain site diaries, progress reports, and material dispatch/consumption records.
- Ensure accurate as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Problem Solving
- Identify potential site issues and propose practical solutions.
- Resolve conflicts between work teams, trades, or vendors.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience
- 3–7+ years experience in interior fit-out execution or construction supervision.
- Prior experience on corporate/commercial interiors preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of interior finishes: partitions, false ceilings, flooring, joinery works, glazing, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural & MEP).
- Familiarity with quality standards and construction methodologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.36 - ₹40,000.51 per month
