Site Supervisor – Joinery

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in joinery and carpentry to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient progress of our projects.

• Proven 2-3 years experience as a Site Supervisor in the joinery or carpentry industry.
• Strong knowledge of custom and fitted joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to joinery installations.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the project.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in joinery/interior fit-out supervision (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, and installation techniques
• Familiarity with site safety standards and procedures
