Site Supervisor – Joinery Manufacture

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all on-site joinery installation and fit-out activities (doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, wall panels, furniture joinery, etc.) in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

· Interpret and review shop drawings, site drawings and technical details – ensure alignment between factory output and site conditions.

· Coordinate daily with the production team, project engineers, designers, subcontractors and the client/consultant as required.

· Plan manpower deployment on site (carpenters, polishers, helpers), monitor productivity, material usage, site attendance, and report progress.

· Conduct quality inspections of installed joinery, ensure finish and workmanship meet company and client standards.

· Enforce health & safety compliance, conduct toolbox talks, maintain site cleanliness and safe working conditions.

· Maintain and submit site documentation: daily activity reports, progress logs, installation checklists, material and manpower records.

· Identify site issues/discrepancies (e.g., site conditions vs drawings), propose solutions and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

· Work to schedule and budget constraints, with commitment to delivering on time and within quality parameters.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience (or more) in joinery manufacture / site installation / fit-out supervision in the UAE. UAE experience strongly preferred.

· Solid knowledge of joinery materials (wood, veneer, MDF, hardware, fixings), installation techniques and finishing.

· Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, site drawings and specifications.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage a site team and liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams.

· Valid UAE driving licence. (Mandatory)

· Proactive, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Good command of English and Urdu; Arabic would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
