Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of signage and advertising projects across various client locations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating between the production, design, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation of signage, branding materials, and advertising structures.
• Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Inspect sites prior to installation and provide accurate site measurements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations at all times.
• Manage installation teams, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Liaise with clients and project managers to resolve on-site issues and provide progress updates.
• Oversee maintenance, dismantling, and replacement of signage as required.
• Ensure quality control of all installed materials and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain project documentation, site photos, and completion reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in an advertising, signage, or related field (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
