Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Job Summary:

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensure project progress, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance when required
• Maintain proper site documentation and records

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to travel between project sites
