Site Supervisor (Structural)

Job Summary

Pasari Group is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Structural) with strong exposure to structural works and mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD. The role involves on-site execution and supervision of structural construction activities for real estate projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute structural works including foundations, RCC columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and related activities.
• Read, interpret, and implement structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) using AutoCAD.
• Prepare, modify, and review AutoCAD drawings as required for site execution and coordination.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works.
• Monitor quality control of materials and workmanship at site.
• Track daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and technical reports.
• Verify measurements and contractor bills related to structural works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical construction solutions at site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in structural execution for real estate or building projects.

Mandatory Skills

• AutoCAD – Mandatory (hands-on experience in structural drawings)
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, reinforcement detailing, and concreting practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of IS codes and quality standards.
• Experience in contractor coordination and site execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-rise residential / commercial projects.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation
