Site supervisor - TAQA / ADDC Projects

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with clients and consultants, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per the project schedule
• Ensure all work complies with TAQA/ADDC regulations, drawings, and specifications
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce
• Ensure safe working conditions and implement company HSE policies
• Inspect site work quality and ensure proper execution of cable laying and excavation
• Verify materials, tools, and equipment availability before work starts
• Communicate with project engineers, consultants, and client representatives
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to Project Engineer/Manager
• Coordinate site inspections and testing with ADDC/Consultant
• Maintain proper documentation, including permits, site photos, and work records
