Site Supervisor Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and career-oriented individuals to join us as Site Supervisor Trainees on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for ITI/Diploma/B.Tech Civil Engineering candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Freshers with strong learning ability and interest in site supervision are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate site documentation (daily progress reports, material records, labor details).
• Support project engineers and managers in achieving project timelines.
• Gain practical exposure and grow into a full-fledged Site Supervisor/Engineer role.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers eligible).
• Strong interest in site supervision and project management.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn, and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
